Is sleep deprivation making you anxious….or is it the other way around?

There’s a real link between our ability to get a good night’s sleep and our ability to keep anxiety under control. Many of our clients with chronic anxiety find that their conditions worsen when they have got into the awkward habit of sleepless nights. Part of how we help reverse this pattern is to create the internal and external conditions where sleep is easier to fall into.
