“I found the course so useful & really enjoyed it. I found myself really looking forward to our class each week to learn a few more tips on teaching me to slow down, relax & take time for me.

There was nothing about the class that I didn't like. Maybe the only thing I might have changed was making it a little longer as it went very quickly.

I had no idea what Mindfulness was, but now think everyone needs to experience it & they should teach it in schools. .Just imagine if all young people could learn Mindfulness, how much happier they would be and what a better, more caring world we would live in.

I think I surprised myself at how little time I take for myself & how much around me I take for granted, & all the beautiful things I didn't notice.

I found Joy a great teacher, she was very easy to talk to & we all worked together sharing experiences which was great as I didn't realise how many people are just like me. There are so many people so busy with life they don't actually enjoy their journey through life.

I definitely feel I have changed since learning just a little about mindfulness. I now slow down & take things in around me a lot more. I have started to stop worrying if I don't get things done that will wait. The main thing is I am being a lot kinder to myself!!

I know lots of people that I think Mindfulness would help, although I'm not sure they would believe it can help as so many people have closed minds about these things. I have started talking to people about being Mindful & am trying to help friends who seem very negative, to try & enjoy life & be kind to themselves & others.
