Group mindfulness courses are a great way of getting to grips with being more mindful, as you can learn a lot from each other’s experiences. As the weeks go by you all get to appreciate how the group is changing, and you get to enjoy each other’s insights and successes.

If, for whatever reason you’re not able to attend a class, we do offer a limited amount of private mindfulness courses too. You can learn the skills one to one from either John or Joy.
The downside of this is that you don’t get the group learning experience. The upside is that the sessions can be tailored entirely to your needs and the times can be booked to fit in with a busy life.
