Introduction to Calming an Anxious Mind is a workshop that is designed to give you new skills that you can use to change your life.
We don’t want you to attend the workshop only to then forget everything.
However, the problem with brains is that they do forget things.
To prevent you from forgetting how to use the tools taught in the workshop, John and Tom would urge you to frequently re-engage with them.
If you want these tools to be available to you when you really need them, then they need to be engrained into your life as a habit. Otherwise, you will forget to use them when you are having a strong emotional reaction to something.
