Work environments can be constantly challenging. If you don’t learn how to manage your own mind and mood, then chances are, at some point you’ll experience anxiety and lack of confidence in your own abilities to perform well.

Mindfulness is a great tool to help you interact differently with overwhelming feelings, thoughts and emotions that arise at work. It teaches us how to notice them, without giving them power over us and our ability to be present and to  perform well.
