This article from FastCompany.com reports that many other huge firms like Asana, Starbucks, and Aetna, just to name a few are also using mindfulness training to look after the overall wellness of their personnel.
For Google executive Karen May, providing mindfulness programs for their people is a great way for them to become “more innovative and creative thinkers.” It also helps their employees get more balance in their lives despite the hectic demands of work.
