Self Havening – Demonstrated by Paul McKenna

In the video below Paul McKenna demonstrates how to do self Havening.

Havening techniques was originally developed by Ron Ruden to help people who’re suffering from trauma and extremely stressful memories. The Havening Technique tm allows a therapist to help clients remove the strong negative emotional part of these  memories so they no longer impact the client in their lives today.

Paul and many other practitioners are strong advocates of Havening, and have helped it to spread and to develop to help with a broad range of issues.

Here at Mindfulness Mavericks  our John Nolan was one of the first people in the world to qualify to use this technique with the general public. There were less than 100 practitioners at that time. He is certainly the first qualified practitioner in Sheffield.
