A Short Mindfulness Exercise for Self-Compassion

It’s turning out to be that self-compassion, for many of us, is possibly the most powerful tool we can use for health and well-being. It also positively impacts our relationships with others.

Here in the West, many others struggle with self-compassion. We may be charitable were friendly and helpful to others but not ourselves.

This five minute video is a simple guided meditation . To see if it positively impacts you, you’ll need to completely focus on it for these five minutes.

Some people love this type of guided meditations for others it has no impact. If you don’t know whether you like this sort of thing well in five minutes time you’ll know.

Please leave a comment if you like more of this type of video.
