Headspace Co-founder Says Mindfulness Is A ‘Must Have’

If you’re not already aware Headspace is a nice little app for smart phones that helps you meditate. It has a whole range of different meditations available to you.

This short video by the founder gives you some good insights into what’s going on in the population as a whole. We all think we are alone with our issues yet they can see what people are needing.

I know many of the people I work with use this app and find it very helpful.
