Renee mentions nutrition in the video. I am aware that nutrition can have some impact for people with anxiety however my experience is based around people who come on our workshops or to see me in the practice whether in person or over Skype. These people what’s going on for them is more than nutrition we deal with.
Also the video mentions how thinking generates our emotions. This is something that is been taught for over 2 1/2 thousand years, is only recently that we found it to be true. Changing the thoughts can be the most challenging thing to do and again it’s why people sometimes end up in my practice.
