Mindfulness is something that happens inside your head using natural brain processes that evolved long before human beings had language. Also you’re not aware of nearly all the processes that are going on inside your brain right now. So putting them to words is impossible.
Having studied, worked with, experienced, explored and played with mindfulness for decades I think I’m starting to get it. I’ve had to hear lots of people’s different descriptions and explanations to help me engage better with what my brain is doing, so helping me become more mindful so I can get the benefits.
